Solum Clavis ships European luxury products directly from France to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- South Korea
- Japan
- Hong Kong
We do not ship to other destinations at this time. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in France, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control. Product sourcing time is additional and depends on availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the delivery status through the carrier's tracking system.
5. Inspection and Packaging
Every product is carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before shipment. Items are securely packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or reship packages.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@solumclavis.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund.
