These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Solum Clavis website (solumclavis.com), operated by KOWEEK Global SARL. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products
Solum Clavis offers authentic European luxury products sourced through official distribution channels. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, and product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.
All products are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer's market (KRW, JPY, or HKD) and include all applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Order Process
Orders are placed through our website or concierge chat and are confirmed upon successful payment. A binding contract is formed when the Company sends an order confirmation email to the customer.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods (non-exhaustive): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Samsung Pay, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss, and other locally available methods.
All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment service providers. The Company does not store credit card information on its servers.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped from France to South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and local postal services. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. However, in the event of lost or damaged shipments, the Company will assist the customer in filing claims with the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. A flat return shipping fee of €70 is payable by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, where the Company covers all return costs. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Professional Subscription
The Company offers a monthly professional subscription service for business buyers and professional resellers. The subscription provides access to wholesale pricing, dedicated concierge support, and dropshipping services.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. There is no minimum commitment period, and the subscription may be cancelled at any time by contacting hello@solumclavis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
9. Warranties and Guarantees
All products sold through Solum Clavis are guaranteed to be authentic. The Company sources exclusively through official and authorised distribution channels in Europe.
In accordance with French law, all products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the warranty against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés).
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rouen, France.
