2. Services Overview

Solum Clavis is a European luxury product sourcing and direct-shipping service. The Company purchases authentic luxury goods through official distribution channels in France and across Europe, inspects and packages them, and ships them directly to the customer's designated address.

Our services are available in South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong. Prices are displayed in the local currency of each market.

3. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you agree to:

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in the local currency (KRW, JPY, or HKD) corresponding to the customer's market and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders that have already been confirmed will be honoured at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment service providers that comply with international security standards.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders are placed through the following process:

1. The customer submits a product request via the Site or the concierge chat.
2. The Company verifies product availability and provides a quote.
3. The customer approves the quote and completes payment.
4. Upon payment confirmation, the contract is formed and an order confirmation email is sent.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the payment will be fully refunded.

6. Intellectual Property
