Everything professional buyers need to understand how the pro program works — sourcing, shipping, customs, returns.
How does the purchasing process work?
Once payment is completed, we purchase directly from official stores or official online sites. In-store purchases are processed same day; online purchases are received within 2–3 days. All products are inspected and packaged by our team before international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
3 to 7 days from Paris to Seoul. Through our professional 3PL network (FC Logistique, ACI, FedEx Express), all shipments are fully tracked door-to-door.
Do I pay customs duties on European-made products?
As a pro, you handle Korean VAT and import procedures on your side. The good news: thanks to the EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in force since 2011, products of European origin enter Korea with 0% customs duty. Each shipment includes the required EU certificate of origin, so duties are automatically waived at Korean customs.
How is authenticity guaranteed?
All products are sourced directly from official boutiques or authorized channels — no grey market or third-party resellers. We inspect each product, and orders over ₩500,000 include a verification video on your pro dashboard.
Can I request specific or out-of-stock items?
Yes — this is the core of the pro program. Send a product link, reference, or simple request and we source globally: limited editions, specific colors, hard-to-find sizes, pre-release items.
What is the return and after-sales policy?
Thanks to pre-shipping inspection and photo verification, our return rate is around 0.05% — roughly one return per 2,000 shipments. In rare cases of issues, Pro and Ultimate clients have priority resolution through a dedicated contact.
