Step 1
Send Us the Product Link
If there’s a product you’re looking for, simply send us the link using the FORM on our website.
Be as specific as possible — brand, model, color, size — and we will source the product from anywhere in Europe/France.
Step 2
Request Approval & Payment Link
Once your request is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This email includes a secure payment link — please note that you have 24 hours to complete the payment to secure the quoted price.
Step 3
Purchase, Inspection & Video Recording
Once payment is received, we purchase your item directly from the official store, carefully inspect it, and pack it securely.
For orders above ₩500,000, you may request a video of the inspection and packing process, which will be sent via KakaoTalk.
Step 4
International Shipping & Tracking
Your item is then shipped to your designated address.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
We ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
Step 5
Delivery & Receipt
Once your product arrives, you can download the digital receipt directly from your customer space.
If needed, we can also send you the original in-store receipt, which can serve as proof of authenticity or for resale purposes.
