Return & Refund Policy

At Solum Clavis, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return conditions below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this 7-day window will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: A flat return shipping fee of €70 applies and is the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns due to our error: If the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or incorrect shipment (our fault), return shipping costs are fully covered by Solum Clavis and the full purchase amount will be refunded.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products ordered to the customer's specifications.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products with broken seals (perfumes, cosmetics, skincare).
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
  • Products for which the 7-day return window has expired.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

For customer-initiated returns, the flat return shipping fee (€70) will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns due to our error, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@solumclavis.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference.
