How long does it take to receive a response about my request?
ご要望を確認した後、リクエストされた商品の在庫がある場合、お支払いリンクを含むメールをお送りします。処理には24〜48時間ほどかかる場合があります。

配送にはどのくらいかかりますか？
How long does delivery take?
お支払い完了後、ご注文確認メールをお送りします。商品を受け取り次第、速やかに発送いたします。通常配送は発送後 約3〜5日、エクスプレス配送は発送後 約48時間でお届けします。
After payment, we'll send an order confirmation email. Once we receive the product, we ship it promptly. Standard delivery takes about 3–5 days after dispatch; express delivery arrives within approximately 48 hours.

Are there any additional costs beyond the quoted price?
